Keyboard

Every interactive control — step navigation, hint reveals, hint mode, tabs, Run checks, Continue, and reset dialogs — is reachable and operable from the keyboard. A "Skip to main content" link is available as the first focus stop on every page.

Screen readers

Step status (not started, in progress, passed, revisit recommended) is announced through text and icons, not colour alone. Live regions announce run-lifecycle changes (preparing, queued, running, result) as they happen.

Contrast and motion

Both light and dark themes use a high-contrast neutral palette with status colour paired with icons and text. Motion is limited to short panel transitions and a loading indicator, and is reduced further when your system requests reduced motion.

Text size

The code editor includes an in-workspace font-size control (A- / A+). Page text follows your browser's zoom and text-size settings.

Known limitations

• This is an interaction prototype: a full screen-reader and assistive-technology audit has not been completed yet.
• The Monaco code editor has its own keyboard model, which can take a moment to learn if you mainly use a screen reader.
• On small phone screens, sustained coding is difficult; the portal recommends a larger screen for serious editing while still allowing reading and progress review from a phone.
